Customer side leakage (CSL) can be difficult to identify using acoustic based detection methods.
HWM supplies a range of innovative non acoustic based leak detection equipment to help identify and pinpoint customer side leakage with the minimum amount of disruption.
Air Pressure
- Leak-Finder works by shutting off the water to the pipe under investigation, and pressuring the pipe with air. If a leak is present within the section of pipe under test, then a fall in pressure will result.

- Leak Frog is a low cost monitoring device that, when connected to a pulsed output meter overnight displays the maximum time interval between pulses. This identifies unexpected water usage during the night that may be caused by leakage.
