River depth monitoring with telemetry gives you upto date knowledge

Battery powered Radcom data loggers are perfect for monitoring River levels.

External Pressure (Depth) Monitoring Systems with Telemetry Clean water or reservoirs can be monitored with submerged pressure sensors connected to any Radcom logger with an external pressure input. Calibration is stored within the logger such that real engineering depth units or are accessible from the data logger (Metres, mBar etc).
Depth sensors can be supplied with either a quick release  coupling (for connection to the outside wall of the tank) or more typically with a plastic cone end to minimise the risk of dirt entering the sensor when the transducer is resting on the floor of the tank.
Various low pressure ranges are availanle:- 0-0.75 Metres head (0-0.075 Bar, ie 75mBar) 0-1.5 Metres head (0-0.15 Bar, ie 150mBar) 0-5 Metres head (0-0.5 Bar) 0-10 Metres head (0-1 Bar) 0-50 Metres head (0-5 Bar)
Ultrasonic Level Sensor Monitoring Systems with Telemetry Alternatively for rivers and less clean water, non-contacting sensors are recommended. Radcom have two options for such non contacting sensors:- 1) Siemens Miltronics "The Probe" Ultrasonic sensor 2) Radcom "SonicSens" Ultrasonic sensor
