As properties are becoming better insulated meaning less natural ventilation, it is important to continue monitoring CO2 levels.  Too much carbon dioxide and not enough oxygen in a building can lead to poor air quality, by using CO2 sensors to monitor the air quality, you can ensure there are proper levels of ventailation.

Radio-Tech’s Eco2 is a wireless CO2 sensor for use in domestic or commercial buildings to assess the air quality by monitoring the quantity of carbon dioxide  in a particular space. The CO2 sensor can also assist with indicating how many people are in a room at one time based on the CO2 levels reported.

The sensor reports the CO2 level every 5 minutes and uses wireless radio communications to send the data to the RT:Wi5 data hub. This information is then sent directly to either a third party server to allow you to view and analyse activities 24/7 on a single web based interface. Or it can be viewed on Radio-Tech’s GlobalNet software which generates a new report every week.

The Eco2 sensor is mains powered and fully calibrated.  The sensor can be easily installed by simply wall mount.
