Reducing pressure reduces leakage
Basic hydraulic principals confirm that if a pipe is leaking, less volume of water will be lost if the pressure within the pipe is reduced.
| PRV control equipment is available from Radcom, which can reduce the pressure in distribution pipe networks at night, ie when demand is at at it's lowest. Hence save leakage volume and hence money. |
