Each installation of Radcom software is protected by a unique registration. When Radcom software is installed it automatically generates an "installation number". Please contact Radcom by email ( ) or by telephone ( +44 (0)1794 52 8700 ) to obtain an unlocking "Registration Number".
If you have restarted your PC since it generated an Installation number, do not try to re-install the software again, otherwise the software will generate another different installation number.
Instead start the "Setup" program from : Start > Programmes > Radlog for Windows > Setup
Enter the Registration Number into the setup screen on your PC.
After entering the registration number:- (within the Setup programme select : Options > System configuration)
Check that the default data base path is OK. If you would like a different path, then select "Advanced" and enter your preferred path.
Then press "OK at the bottom of the screen for the software to setup the data base folder at that location. |
